Linda Correll concentrates her practice on international and oil and gas-related matters, including investment projects and strategic commercial advice.  She focuses on providing legal and commercial advice and support in connection with exploration, development, and production operations; and negotiations of contracts including petroleum agreements with governments, joint operating agreements with co-venturers and drilling related contracts, including rig contracts and master services agreements. Ms. Correll also provides advice related to acquisitions, divestments, and mergers and related strategic commercial and business solutions.
